4.2 Please arrive on time; late arrival may result in a shortened or forfeited session.
4.3 Cancellations or changes to a booking should be communicated to us as early as possible by phone or email.
4.4 Participants take part in farm activities and tastings at their own risk. Please inform us in advance of any food allergies or intolerances.
4.5 We reserve the right to refuse participation to visitors who behave inappropriately or pose a risk to themselves, other guests, or the farm’s animals and property.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery terms, areas, and estimated timeframes for physical products are as stated on the Website or communicated at checkout.
5.2 Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the Customer upon delivery.
5.3 We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (courier delays, force majeure, incorrect address provided by the Customer, etc.).
6. Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds
6.1 Where applicable under Georgian consumer protection legislation, Customers purchasing physical products remotely may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within the statutory period and request a refund, subject to the product being unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition, where the nature of the goods (perishable/food products) allows this.
6.2 Due to the perishable nature of snail products, returns and refunds for food items may be limited to cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect goods received. Please contact us as soon as possible after receipt.
6.3 Bookings for tours, masterclasses, and tastings are refunded according to how far in advance the cancellation is made; please contact us to discuss your specific case.
6.4 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after approval.

7.1 All content on the Website – including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Escargot and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
